Playground is a creative space to get in the “flow”, where you can imagine, play, and reflect through art-making and collaboration. A mindful experience where therapeutic creativity meets playdate in a relaxed and safe environment.
This 2-hour in-person session gives you permission to press pause and reconnect with your creativity and yourself, not because it’s productive, but because it feels good.
We bring the art materials and guidance, and you bring your stories and curiosity to experiment and create. No pressure. No expectations. Just play.
